Delivery Charges

Standard delivery is only available to customers in mainland UK. Please note some postcode areas may be liable for an additional charge - please check your delivery details carefully for this before proceeding with the order

Orders placed before 4:30pm from Monday-Friday are normally delivered within 2 days. Orders placed at the weekend or during bank holidays will be delivered within the next 2 working days, as an additional business day is required for picking, packing and dispatching.

All premium services are charged at cost. Out of hours and same day deliveries available please contact our sales office for more information.


Estimated Despatch Dates

We use estimated despatch dates to give you an indication of when your items will be despatched and we try our best to accurately estimate these dates at the time of order. If you order is urgent or time sensitive please speak to our sales office on 01376 333 098 who will gladly update you on your orders progress, or offer advice and information on possible alternatives.



Recycled packaging is used as standard for all of our parcels. All of our orders are picked and packed using a bar-coded shipping system and all deliveries are made using electronically tracked vehicles.

Standard delivery is only available to customers in mainland UK, other locations are liable for additional charge and lead times may vary.


Large Orders & Pallets

Please note, large orders may be delivered on pallets; it is the customers responsibility to ensure that appropriate offloading equipment is available and used by the customer to receive their order. If you are unsure how your order is going to be delivered, please contact the sales office for support on 01376 333 098.


Order Refusal

Orders that have been refused by the customer on attempted delivery may be subject to an additional surcharge at cost. If goods are refused after their despatch, the cost of the delivery / return will be charged to the customer.


Damaged Goods

Any shortages or damages must be reported on the couriers delivery signature pads when signing for the goods. We regret we are unable to assist in instances where goods are signed for as received in full / good condition.
